All shipping costs shall be at the customers expense. Unless we offer a promotional free shipping; or in case of a return or replacement of a defective or damaged product due to our fault, we cover all shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In our continued effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.

We are based in Southern California. We offer nationwide shipping to your home or business. If orders are placed Monday-Friday by 3pm PST, we will ship out same day if item is in stock. Our Craftsman fixtures, are made to order. Please allow 7-14 days manufacturing period. We will notify you when your order is ready for delivery.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not satisfied with our landscape lighting products, full refunds will be granted for unused products in their original packaging. Return shipping will be at owners expense unless it was our mistake. No refunds or returns will be accepted for our made to order Craftsman line.
