We are based in Southern California. We offer nationwide shipping to your home or business. If orders are placed Monday-Friday by 3pm PST, we will ship out same day if item is in stock. Our Craftsman fixtures, are made to order. Please allow 7-14 days manufacturing period. We will notify you when your order is ready for delivery. Craftsman fixtures are custom orders. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there is a manufacturing issue, we will solve it.
